Just last year,KYVE NetworkandArchwaypartnered to bring forward a devnet data pool for testing KYVE’s technology of archiving and validating Archway blockchain data. We’re thrilled to announce that thisdata poolis now live on KYVE mainnet!
For those unaware, Archway allows for easy incentivized smart contract deployment on Cosmos and just launched their mainnet in July 2023, with over 90 projects building in their ecosystem.
With the growing complexities and elevated storage costs of archival nodes, Archway has decided to rely on KYVE, the decentralized data lake, as its solution for preserving its chain history. As archival nodes risk becoming obsolete, Archway can leverage this data pool to continue to ensure free accessibility and trustless backup of its historical chain data for its growing ecosystem.
Trustless Building and Chain Analyses With Archway Data
With KYVE’s data pool archiving and validating Archway’s blocks, ecosystem builders can easily access the correct data they need in raw format at any point in the blockchain’s history, and, via ourData Pipeline, load it into the data destination of their choice (Postgres, SQL databases, BigQuery, etc.). From there, they can easily transform the data in whatever format they need for building, overall providing a streamlined, free data experience.
For example, you can build dashboards for tracking inflation rewards, gas rebates, or smart contract fees, as well as dedicated explorers, indexers, and more. This data is also very useful for data analysis and, via KYVE’s node runner toolKSYNC, fully syncing with the chain to easily enter or follow the network.
Looking Forward
Since Archway’s mainnet launched just a few months ago, it will only take ten days for the data pool to be fully caught up with its most recent blocks. This means that data users don’t have to wait long to start building with the trustless Archway data run through KYVE’sdata pool!
